Netflix app will not install on windows 10. Netflix app is not installed, but Windows Store says “you own this app.

 
Whenever I try to install the windows phone recovery tool it does not install error. I am logged on as administrator my account is also the only one on the pc. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have a solution sought for hours, but can’t find fixes for the memory problem. Keep us posted if you face any issues on windows in future.
