I had been talking to Microsoft Office Tech support and they alllowed me to down load a file but was unable to install because I had misplaced the Producy Key which I have now found. I have now backed up the copy of Office on my external hard drive so should downloav good to go. I did try to do a fresh install from the Office website but was unable to download a copy without entering billing information.
Unfortunately Office was not the only software to have a problem with so it is taking some time get my system back to itself after reloading Windows 7 Home Premium.
