Yes you are right Bridge in CC is a seperate app now – sorry about that, tbh my excuse is I never touch Bridge LR is a seperate install either CC or perpetual and is part of the photographers package. It also affects the Histogram when dragging is done on any of the sectors. The bottom of the Image becomes corrupted and also any sectors of the Histogram moved. Lightroom is not affected. No other programmes are affected. I saw mention of an Adobe Uninstaller which removes all traces of Photoshop.

Update your display driver. Probably not an Adobe bug. Have found exactly the same attached image to confirm. This is new to me and although it is a nuisance as it does not affect image when rendered it needs to be resolved. At this time I do not know what it is but suspect that as you have found uninstall reinstall not going to work. This looks like a graphics display issu.. I will need to investigate some more. If uninstall has not cured the problem it is my opinion that cleaning the installation will not help, although you may have to take this route in the end. While updating graphics drivers or uninstalling re installing may help and is always first choice to go with in these cases it may be much simpler.
The issue may be a new driver update! Had an answer elsewhere that a NVidia driver recent update may be culprit. If so then roll back driver may be called for. The driver suspicion proved to be true rolled back the Nvidia to previous and problem disappeared I hope.
This is not unusual IME that an update breaks a part of a stable system particularly graphics – on the other hand if something graphics is suspected broken then best first stop is to update driver if newer is found.
